Returns & Sizing

How can I find my size?
Each product page includes a size chart with detailed information to help you choose the right size. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help!

Can I return an item if the size is not right?
Yes, you can return products within 10 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please refer to the “Shipping & Returns” section for more details.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days in Italy and up to 7 business days in other EU countries.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email notification with the estimated shipping date.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to various European countries. Delivery times may vary, but usually take up to 7 business days.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible and a return will be required.

Payments & Promotions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. Cash on delivery isn't available outside Italy.

How do 3x2 promotions work?
3x2 bundles (marked with a special label) are pre-packed sets of 3 items for the price of 2. The displayed price already includes the discount.

What are the benefits of subscribing to the newsletter?
By subscribing, you’ll receive 10% off your first order and get exclusive access to special offers, new arrivals, and style tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Products

Are your garments seamless or stretchy?
Our items are made using seamless technology and elasticated fabrics to ensure maximum comfort and freedom of movement. Check each product description for more details.

Are Intimidea garments machine washable?
Yes, all our garments are machine washable at low temperatures (we recommend 30°C on a gentle cycle).
To preserve elasticity, color, and shape, we suggest avoiding tumble drying and not ironing the garments.

When is your customer service available?
Our Customer Service team is available Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (CET).
We are closed on national holidays and during company holidays in August and December.
